Gluten Free Beef Burgers

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
8 oz potato
1 onion
2 oz pea flower
1 egg

Mix in dried herbs and salt to taste.  Cook potato and onion until soft.  Drain and mash.  Beat together egg, flour, herbs and salt.  Mix in beef and potato.  Sprinkle a little flour on a tray and spoon out the mixture onto the flour.  Flatten for burgers.  Fry or grill or both sides until brown.  Serves four.
