
Pork or Beef Buns with Meat Sauce
4 - 6 lb roast - increase amounts for bigger roasts -
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup - gluten free
2 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce (gluten free)
2 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
Mix together. Pour over slices of meat and heat through until sauce is bubbling in oven at 350 degrees. A hit whatever the occasion. Remove and serve on buns.
