Matlock Shorthorns Heading

Gluten Free Banana Muffins

1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegan sticks (margarine) (lactose free)
1 tsp gluten free baking soda
1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose baking flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp xantham gum
1 egg
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
2 ripe bananas

Mix and bake at 350 degrees.  Watch carefully so as not to overcook or burn.
